1.1 Age Requirement

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same personal details, IP address, or payment method is not allowed. Violations may result in forfeiture of bonuses or account closure.

2.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum amount per deposit is 20,000 Ks. Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. This applies to all of these methods.

2.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount per withdrawal is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

2.3 Withdrawal Verification

2.4 Deposit / Withdrawal Fees

3.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at mmk09, you can receive a 150% welcome bonus (up to 500,000 Ks). For example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Total 50,000 Ks → Wagering: 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks
• Deposit 680,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Total 1,180,000 Ks → Wagering: 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks

3.2 Wagering Requirement

You must wager 20 times the bonus amount across eligible games before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering counts only in the game categories specified for the bonus — see the bonus details section for the full list.

3.3 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be received once, on your first deposit
• If a withdrawal is requested after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited
• Funds obtained through a bonus cannot be transferred between players
• mmk09 reserves the right to modify any promotion without prior notice

3.4 VIP and Cashback Program

The mmk09 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week

The cashback amount and period are determined based on your continued play.

4.1 Fair Play

We guarantee that all games on mmk09 are unbiased and operate with mechanisms that protect fair play for both sides. All games — including slots, live casino, and baccarat — use RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer technology.

4.2 Decision Confirmation

If a dispute or issue arises during a game, server-side records are treated as the final reference. In cases involving disconnections or interruptions, the server log is the sole authority.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

The use of software bots, scripts for automated play, game bug exploitation, collusion between players, and any other unfair methods is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

4.4 Final Decision

5.1 Player Responsibilities

Players must not do any of the following—

• Opening an account using another person's personal information (name, bank account)
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial transactions

• Threatening or abusing other players or staff
• Reproducing or distributing the platform's corporate logo or brand name without permission

5.2 Penalties for Violations

If any of the above prohibitions are found to have been violated—

• All bonus funds will be forfeited
• The account will be closed immediately
• The relevant authorities will be notified for legal action
